Preparation (for four people - 1 liter):
Wash the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper. Let drain.
Take the bowl of the mixer (if you have you can throw everything in a pot and use a hand blender automatically) and add inside the bread cut into pieces and cut into four pieces lostomates. If you want you can remove the skin (it was the left).
Take off to the corner and pepper seeds, cut into four or five pieces and put it with tomatoes.
Peel the garlic and put it with the rest of the vegetables.
Take the piece of onion (peeled) and cut it into three or four pieces. Add to the bowl of the mixer.
Grab a piece of cucumber of about four fingers long and peel it. Cut into four or five pieces and mixer.
Now that all the vegetables are gazpacho in the bowl of the mixer will operate it (well covered) and leave running until there are no pieces of vegetables (the time will depend on the power of the blender).
Now add the salt, oil and vinegar. I advise you start with three tablespoons of vinegar and you go rectifying (adding more) to your liking. Give five seconds blender test. Add salt and vinegar to taste.
If the gazpacho has the right consistency goes to the next step if you can not add cold water until it is to your liking. Note that depending on the amount of bread and add water content vegetables you have this amount is not fixed you have to go slowly adding, mix and see if it's as you like. Also keep in mind that if too much water gazpacho flavor will be reduced and you may have to add salt and vinegar.
Finally add the half block to small squares that we had reserved. Put in the fridge and served very cold !!!
